In depth screening process

Through an in depth screening process specific to your goals, lifestyle, past injuries, likes/dislikes – a 6 week program is prepared and tirelessly overseen by one of Bodytech’s very own elite personal trainers.

Completely personalised & tailored

Sessions are completely personalised and tailored to your requirements and goals. You are monitored closely by one of our highly skilled personal trainers who will motivate you, push you beyond your limits and provide you with results you never thought possible.

Social and fun

Sessions are social and fun, these sessions and are completed within a group of no more than 3 people. This gives you 100% dedication and focus from your PT, while remaining affordable if 1:1 personal training isn’t within your budget.

Tailored nutrition plan

A solid training regime, a sound understanding of weight loss nutrition, and the perfect supplement program will give your body the fast and unique changes you demand, and keep you fit and healthy. At and additional cost, We will work with you to create a nutrition plan tailored specifically for your body type and goals.

Where is your PT Studio?

We offer personal training at our private PT studio located at the Easts Rugby Club, Bellevue Hill.

Our training space is fully equipped, outdoors, but with the advantage of cover when needed.

When do you run these semi-personal training sessions?

Classes run 6am-645am Weekdays.

More classes are coming soon.

What do you charge for these sessions?

Pricing varies considerably depending on a number of factors so please contact us for further information.
